Polyolefin Rheological Agent and Brightener
Product Introduction
1. Polyolefin processing rheological agent is a macromolecular
material of ultrahigh molecular weight, which is used to improve processing
performance of high-viscosity polyolefin (such as LLDPE).
2. If this product is added in extrusion or blow
molding process, it can eliminate melt crushing phenomena of products, such as shark
skin, snake skin, rough surface, narrow neck and unstable extrusion;
3. Improve surface quality of product to make the
surface smooth and delicate;
4. Lower melt viscosity to
improve extrusion rate, thereby enhancing the extrusion production;
5. Lower head pressure and processing temperature, and
save energy.
6. Adding this product when manufacturing master
masterbatch or modified materials can improve their dispersion, making material
fully plasticized.
7. Adding 1-3% of this product to the material can
increase their flexibility.
